Sincerely, Bait and switch - they sell and confirm room with 2 beds, room has only 1 and blackmail you to pay more. TripAdvisor rating Mike_SF_Mike 6/4/2023 TripAdvisor review Bait and switch. Sells rooms with two beds main bed and sofa bed, then once there the sofa is not a bed. Call assistance on phone and person asnwering in poor English blackmails you either you pay extra for the second bed or there will be no second bed. Got the bed thinking the mistake would be sorted out by management, and at delivery told the guy about lack of sofa bed but instead made me sign a charge voucher or there will be no second bed still the one they advertised and paid for. Wrote on voucher that I did not find a second bed. I thought they would sort everything out before checkout and instead after 20 minutes they still weren't grasping the concept that it is illegal to charge me more for delivering what advertised and almost made me miss my flight. The extra bed was also very bad, two half-mattresses with a big seam in the middle, but never mind that. Would not believe this bait and switch from a prominent brand. If Accor is serious, they will immediately cancel their contract. But then it's Accor, which doesn't seem to be a trustworthy brand and avoid when I can.
